Is this library for the Care Inspectorate or the CQC?

The Care Inspectorate. These policies are for care at home services in Scotland, registered as a support service under Part 5 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010. They cite Scots law, the Health and Social Care Standards and SSSC registration, and they do not rely on CQC regulations or on English law such as the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
